SMIA Meeting - New Homes on San Marin/San Andreas

Thursday, April 16th
All Saints Church

On Thursday, April 16th we will have a meeting with a potential developer who would
like to develop the corner lot at San Marin/San Andreas Dr.  The lot is currently zoned for a commercial building,

but the developer is requesting to change the zoning in order to build 4 homes on the lot.
The SMIA has briefly met with the developer and feels that the market rate proposed homes will
be a nice addition to San Marin.

If you are interested in this project, please attend this meeting.
Come see the plans, ask questions, learn more.
